Each of these homes is individually owned and operated; the other homes are full-time residents. All homes have sprinkler systems for your safety and some have Tesla chargers. We allow parking for 2 vehicles at each home, you will need to find parking for your boat trailer.
Large screen TVs in the living rooms and high-end appliances are found in them as well in these newly built homes. Each home has their own private dunk pool with heater in addition to the heated community pool.
